Being on the ice and in an ice rink is one of my favorite places to be. I have over 30 years of experience playing hockey and ice skating. I began roller skating and ice skating as a young child around the age of 4. I started playing roller hockey when I was 8 years old. I was highly influenced by my dad, Tom Jeffrey, who played for Cal State University Northridge, as well as coached several championship hockey teams for over 30 years. When I was 15 years old, I switched from roller hockey to ice hockey to further my hockey career. I played for the Los Angeles Kings first all-girls travel ice hockey team in 1996/97 called TEAM LA. In 2001, I trained with the USA Olympic women's hockey team, and I have played several years in D1 women's ice hockey tournaments throughout the US. I began coaching in 2018. I coach all-level ice skaters and hockey players, including working with special needs individuals. I encourage all athletes I coach to have confidence, try their best, and mostly have fun. I especially have a passion to empower females and grow girls/women's hockey. My favorite hockey player is my son, Eithan. USA Hockey, LTS, CAHA, ASHA certified.
